  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped via Sendle.
  • Estimated delivery times range between 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • For large items:
    • Please note that shipping costs may vary from the estimate provided at checkout.
    • If there is a difference between the estimated and final shipping cost, the additional amount will be billed separately.
    • For larger items, we kindly ask you to contact us with your delivery address before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@homedelight.com.au.

Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
  • For any delays, please reach out to Sendle or contact us directly for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers due to carrier limitations.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@homedelight.com.au.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with Sendle and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
