- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time
- All orders are shipped via Sendle.
- Estimated delivery times range between 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

- Please note that shipping costs may vary from the estimate provided at checkout.
- If there is a difference between the estimated and final shipping cost, the additional amount will be billed separately.
- For larger items, we kindly ask you to contact us with your delivery address before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@homedelight.com.au.
Delivery Issues and Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers due to carrier limitations.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@homedelight.com.au.
- We will assist in filing a claim with Sendle and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
